Hopefully Steve Martin will knock some sense into them this week and the show won't completely suck.
And who's idea was it to make that annoying Carol character recurring? Like I really need to see the blob of unfunny known as Horatio Sanz in drag.

I didn't know who it was either. Not that I watch it anymore, I just saw the commercial for it and wondered who the fluck he was. I wonder if SNL is losing some pull. It's such a lame joke now, especially since what's her face simpson's debacle. I didn't see it last night, and now I am dying...who was it?

Ooh, I've heard of him, but couldn't pick him out of a line-up. He's a comedian, right?

I kind of like how this season they're going for more obscure hosts or quirky choices, rather than just whatever A-lister is promoting a movie that week.
One thing I ask: Tom Hanks. He needs to return, it's been, what, five years?

I friggin' hate that Nuni/Nunni/Noonie sketch so much. It's stupid and they do the same thing everytime.

Aristophanes' Ass!When the Hell in the last five (seems like a century) aching and interminable years of Tina Fey, has SNL ever been funny? Who thinks any of these jokes are funny? They weren't funny when Milton Berle did them in 1902 in his Vaudeville act. The audience only gasped when he whipped out his giant schlong (sorry, you don't measure up, Mr. Valderama) and whacked the drum cymbals with it. The applause was only for the Freak of Nature. Free Amy Poehler! Why would any female comedienne go to work for SNL? It has been the graveyard for all of them---with the possible exception of Jane Curtain. It killed Gilda Radner and Laraine Newman thru Janeane Garofalo to the nameless awful women there today. Tina Fey is just some Endless Dead Soul Licking Vampyr who can't crack her crack much less a joke. Catherine O'Hara had the sense to cut and run after a week. Just read Live From New York. How depressing.

Bless you, Chatchien! Had I not long ago become numb to America's inexplicable love affair with the blatantly untalented and downright boring, I'd probably be suicidal over the rise of Tina Fey. The only reason Colin Quinn's got that slight edge over her for absolute worst Update anchor of all time, is because he combined his glaring lack of talent with an inability to frikkin' read.
Gosh, Tina, how cool is it that you can not only be unfunny as Alzheimer's but endearingly smug about your shortcomings at the same time?? You go, girl! Right to that customer service counter at Wal-Mart, where someone of your abilities really belongs. Heifer makes me want to paste semi nude Bush/Cheney posters over my bed.

SNL is so powerfully unfunny. It has been forever now. Why do they insist on beating every gag into the ground? They ruin any potential funny of a sketch by having it run way, way too long. I actually like Tina Fey, but now, on the off chance they have something remotely funny on SNL, I just YouTube to clip. When the funniest thing you've had in recent memory is Asslee Simpson failing miserably, you need to re-evaluate your talent. Horatio Sanz is terrible, and Colin Quinn was the most awful thing to ever happen to TV. When no one in the audience was laughing at weekend update while he was doing it, didn't they think it may be time to switch it up? I watched the Lazy Sunday skit. It was funny-ish, but nothing really that hilarious. I think people have just come to expect the worst from this show.

I can't believe that they banned Adrian Brody just because he got up an improvised a little. What a stupid reason.
