Anyway, it's a good thing she didn't have all those kids or it would be too many to watch over. She could lose track and they could fall off the edge.

It was actually an interview with a Christian magazine, but they addressed it on The View today. I was too bored/too busy slurping down my iced coffee to absorb what she said about it, though.

I thought the rudeness was on Bitsy/The View's side. Holding up the card and making clear everything was scripted created the tense moment. And to be fair to Shirley, Bitsy's question was really unclear.

It's all perception, I guess. I thought Shirley came across like one of those confused, extremely rude Upper West Side old bitches who would smack their cart into me at Zabar's and then blame me... *not that this happened to me yesterday...*

Did anyone else think Sherri and Bitsy's enthusiasm over Katy Perry's song "I kissed a Girl" weird? Particularly Sherri? Isn't she the one who said she wouldn't let her boy dress up in women's clothing as long as he was her house? I thought she would have a problem with it but she was all singing it.

I have no problem with the song, but I don't understand why no one addressed the double-standard they seem to have when it comes to men and women. But then, it is the View.

Just watched The View on a day off and realized I have to start watching more often. Elisabeth is inexplicable. The other three ganged up on her this morning while she was trying to get one of her pitiful points across. They aren't even trying to hide their contempt for her anymore.

Elisabeth is a moron. Even worse, she's a moron who's convinced she's a genius. I don't say she's a moron because I disagree with her on issues. There are many people I disagree with but I think are intelligent people. But Elisabeth can't back up her opinion on any matter, she lacks critical thinking skills, and doesn't even make sense most of the time.

Man, I think someone needs to cook up The View drinking game. How about ever time Sherri and Elisabeth make references to their boobs you take a shot. Drink two shots every time Elisabeth brings the war on terror. Three shots every time they talk about some sex survey. Drink the whole thing every time the panel declares they all love each other after having a huge screaming match.

I only half-way paid attention to the showdown when it was this morning. Fortunately, abc.com has the showdown on their site! I thought Whoppi was going to reach across and snap Elisabeth's neck at one point! Once again, Elisabeth shows just how truly moronic she is. Her going on about how Obama pandered to the left to get the nomination was just stupid! Like McCain hasn't (which Joy pointed out)?! Politicians pander to the audiences! That's how they get elected. What Disney Land fantasy is Elisabeth living in?
