I think we are going to see some fighting between Isabelle and the druggie or that old girlfriend. Alana will get in trouble with Tom for using her powers for bad. After all they are supposed to use them to save the world, not kill people.
After next week please let this be the end of the NOVA group. Just bring back Jordan, have him flip out and tell the world about Isabelle. She might be trying to find herself, should she be good or evil but I think she is leaning towards evil. After all Shawn is a young guy, he never said he loved her. She will flip out once she understands that it was not a long lasting relationship.

Alana will get in trouble with Tom for using her powers for bad. After all they are supposed to use them to save the world, not kill people. Technically though, she didn't use her powers for anything. She merely spoke to the chap and his guilt over the past led to what happened. I agree. Why do you think Jordan will flip out? And does he really know about the Evil Futurists' deliberate attempt to sabotage the 4400 with the creation of Isabelle? How could he? As for Isabelle herself, I've been very impressed with her thus far. And with the directors/producers for not making her a starkly black-and-white figure who is essentially a caricature. Her comments during the scene with Tom really, really impressed me. As did, in a dark way, her cleverness in using the powers of the Nova Group associates against them instead of outright killing them. No difference in the eyes of the law but it showed a coolly, methodical, pragmatic mind. The mind of someone who was most definitely not a child in the heat of emotional impulse. So, what do you all think about RatFace's involvement with the Evil Futurists? It's going to be interesting to find out how Jordan became involved with him in the first place? Obviously, RatFace insinuated himself into Jordan's sphere deliberately but how did he manage to get Jordan's confidence so thoroughly? More interestingly, was Matthew sent back from the future? He would have to be but, if so, then why didn't he have powers to withstand Isabelle? And did the Evil Futurists really think that powers of slick persuasion would be enough against Isabelle's powers if she decided against their plan for her?

Well looks like I wrong. Jordon is still not back and Isabelle is working for Dennis or seems like she is. Didn't we already do the drug thing once? Lets move on to saving the world folks!
It would be interesting to find out what Ratface thought that Isabelle should kill the 4400. What was his whole plan, how did he come up with it? Now that he is dead will we ever find out?
It was pretty good the way she killed them, turning their powers against him. The pet lady was pretty bad, the cats were eating her face. Too bad in the end Alana left. She had a great gift that helped Tom out a lot.

When is Jordan coming back? (whine) I only started watching 4400 because the idea of Billy Campbell as a messiah was to delicous to pass up. Then he went sailing, and while I still love the show...he needs to be back. Now.
I do like that this show can suprise me. Alana? I never saw that coming.

Poor Shawn. He's pretty much screwed, I feel really sorry for him being stuck with Isabelle.

roisin54 The sex scenes were so uncomfortable between he and Isabelle. It felt like watching the aftermath of a rape.

At least he tried to end it with his powers but hey, she jumped off a building and lived no way he would be able to kill her. He needs to get that white stuff from Tom and use it.

Collier's BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad because I have to say, I'm tired of the Isabelle-Is-A-Terrifying-Bully-Who-Frightens-Everyone-Into-Complying-With-Her-Demands story line. And I'm also tired of Dennis Ryland as Evil Neo-Con-To-The-Umpteenth-Degree. I get that the govt. would want to harness this power for themselves, and I realise that the govt. would feel these people are a dangerous force, but either make it a govt.-conspiracy storyline or make it one about Isabelle (and enough with the fear factor, we got it already), but stop hop-skipping about all over the place. That haphazard treatment of things just means the same basic, overall themes are emphasized again and again, to the point of dullness. Stick with one thing and explore it properly but they're skipping all over the place, from Nova Group to the Future People to Rat Face to Isabelle to the govt., and it's ruining the impact. While I realise it could be boring to have one major theme (and I have to say, even another word about the Nova Group would have made me scream), I think the problem is that they can't decide who the villain is and to cast the story lines appropriately therefrom. There is no central focus or reuniting theme. Some major characters are killed, others taken out (like the Alana one, obviously to have a Diana and Tom romantic set up), and others (like Maya) show up every 4 episodes or so. There is no continuity and by shifting the "bad guys" every episode and bringing in so many threaded story lines without follow-up, they lose momentum. But Collier's back, so YAY again. Hope is not lost!

I missed most of it this week and have been just catching the last half of it, but haven't been feeling like I've lost much. I was relieved to see Jordan made it back, maybe now the show will feel more cohesive.

Sorry for the double post. It's been a week though.
Who else is relieved that Jordan is finally back? I couldn't really get into the last couple of episodes though, since the show had seemed to lose it's center. ( I would focus but Kafka's post say's it all. I can't wait to see what will happen in a showdown between Isabelle and Jordan.
