I will be there for all of the ridiculous. On a shallow note, No one has aged.

Thanks, guys. I sincerely couldn't remember. I DID remember the Dr. Sara at grave, though! Probably the only thing I remember. I'm tired of all the reboots and rip offs as well. Bring it on. (Maybe a good late night binge of the other seasons is in order.)

The upcoming revival made me go back and start watching season one on Netflix. Wentworth Miller is still as pretty as I remembered. But I was also reminded of how many times over the course of watching this show I think, "I'm pretty sure that's not how prison works" and "I'm pretty sure that's not how the laws of physics work" and "I'm pretty sure they don't let death row inmates do that, especially the day before they go to the chair" and "How is it that T-Bag is a Big Deal in that prison and not dead for being a pedophile, who are traditionally hated targets in the prison system?" and "Exactly how much glue was Peter Stormare sniffing when he turned in this weirdo performance?"
I also find myself yelling at Dr. Sara a lot too (I'm about 10 episodes in). Like, I know he looks like Wentworth Miller, but you need to stop acting like a jealous girlfriend who constantly tries to discuss the state of your relationship with him. He's not your boyfriend! (Not yet, anyway - that's a few crimes and a suicide attempt away). Also, he's in prison, so you really shouldn't be surprised to learn that lying to/manipulating you! He's a criminal! Part of your training should have told you to expect that.

Part of your training should have told you to expect that. I just finished the first season on Netflix and the show was preposterous. There are so many plot holes and inconsistencies. But damn, Wentworth Miller was so pretty and had great chemistry with Dr. Sara. Season 2 was ok but Season 3 and especially Season 4 were almost unwatchable. I hope they come up with a better storyline and less plot holes for the reboot. TV shows have evolved so much during the last couple of years that I'm not sure the audience would appreciate another Season 4 of Prison Break. I also remember that Sara mysteriously got pregnant during season 4 although they never really had a love/sex scene. A lot of hand holding and forehead kisses and suddenly she was pregnant. Did Miller refuse to do more on screen than hand holding? I thought that was weird.

Yeah, I do hope the plotting is better this time around (but considering Michael is in prison AGAIN and it is going to revolve around breaking him out, probably not). My latest hair-pulling issue was the money - Charles proves to Michael that he's DB Cooper by giving him a 100 dollar bill with a serial number that is clearly from the DB Cooper stash. Fine. Good. Except that's the money Michael plans on living off of once he's out of prison. Won't the authorities eventually notice that all that missing money they were looking for back in the '70s is suddenly back in circulation and couldn't they use that to track him down? I mean, moot point because his plan was the worst plan in the world and he didn't get the money, but it would have made far more sense if he just, like, cashed out a 401(k) and that gave him and Linc enough money to get to Panama where they would then work to support themselves.
WM and SWC seemed pretty friendly and like they got along well, so I doubt there was any "I don't wanna do any kissin'" demands. I seem to recall some scene on a train and/or a boat where Michael and Dr. Sara got it on, so it did happen occasionally. But Michael was kind of a weirdo who mostly lived in his head and they were constantly on the run from somebody or were separated because one or both of them was in prison, so I could see how the writers may have thought there wouldn't be a lot of making out.

Watched the first episode of the Prison Break reboot, and...still pretty stupid. Though I hope it is as fun as Season One PB, which was stupid but such a good time you didn't care.
Not much has happened so far other than they get evidence that Michael is alive and everyone is like, "Um, didn't he blow himself up in a women's prison AND have an inoperable brain tumor?"
Sucre is still adorable and T-Bag is still indestructible. They have actually made him bionic now (Not kidding - he's now got a state of the art bionic arm). If T-Bag learns how to fly by the end of this run I will not be the least bit surprised.

I watched it too and I wasn't impressed. First episode and already so many plotholes and inaccuracies. The bionic hand is just ridiculous. T-Bag wakes up from surgery and the hand is already fully functional. Lincoln flies through the windshield of his car without a scratch. Hitman (woman) no longer use the backdoor. They just park their car right in front of your house and walk to your front door with a gun in their hand (in broad daylight).

Eh, I'll still watch. I miss the show and am glad they're giving Michael a better story than "LOL everything you went through for the last few years is for nothing because he ded".

I just...can't believe PB is back. The original run happened during one of the low points of my life, so I have these weird backwards nostalgia feelings about it. Of all the shows to revive...

I caught up with the first two episodes and I'm meh so far. I want to like it because I LOVED the original run (still one of my favorite shows) no matter how crazy and implausible the stories were. The thing that is bugging me the most is the Middle East/terrorism part of it. This show is so crazy to start with, do we really need to further muddy the waters by setting it in the Middle East during a civil war and add in terrorists? Even for this show, it feels like too much.
Anyway, I will probably stick with it just to see where the story goes and what happens to the characters because I loved the original series so much. Also, none of the actors have aged at all. And I really want someone to make an El Chapo reference since this will be Michael's third prison escape.
