Wow nobody has posted yet about last night's episode? It was SO good. The Jensen Ackles guy was just excellent . He has such an adorable and expressive face. Everyone on TWoP is gushing over this ep. too. I think it's deserving. Two things though. When Dean is (yay happy ) and mowing the lawn....there is NO grass to mow! It's already too short for the mower to pick up anything. Did you guys think that too? And while Dean was watching TV it flipped to Thundercats but I think before that it was a monster movie. It was like some kind of Monster from the Black Lagoon guy carrying a lady. Any one know what that was?

I'm watching it tonight on Space channel (Toronto). Can't wait. This is one episode I've been looking forward to.
So did they get the go-ahead for 3rd season? *fingers crossed*

Oh Tamara! I didn't mean to spoiler you ! I think you'll like the episode. Watch Dean's facial expressions , they are awesome.
I don't know about next season I guess. I am just hoping they did. The only show I heard was renewed for sure was Heroes.

Hey, darkchii we got not one but two Perfect Emo Tears. Hee.
I loved every minute of it. From the title alone (Zeppelin ftw!), I knew this was going to be loads of DeanAngst, and that makes me a very happy viewer. The whole situation was just tragic. Especially being so distant with Sam... Ow.
My friends thought the lawn was too short to mow, too... I guess he just wanted to mow the lawn because he could. He's probably never had a lawn like that. More ow.
One detail that I thought was cool was Dean's necklace. It looked like the amulet but clearly wasn't. Nice touch.
I haven't heard anything concrete about a third season. Last year, I think we found out around the second or third week of May.

Good point about the grass. He was so excited about doing it that he didn't care about not NEEDING to.
Everyone is talking about the necklace. I never catch details like that. And in Dean's case, the pretty is so distracting that I never even noticed the necklace. Nice touch though .

Fantasie117, I totally thought he was going to go for the One Perfect Emo Tear, but two? Holy cow, they really are ramping it up for the end of the season! Hee. In other news, I have fallen back in love with Dean. The goofy look on his face as he was "mowing" the lawn, oh God. He is also so ridiculously gorgeous that I want to kill him or ask what the hell kind of concealer he's using, cause damn it's working. And whatever eyeliner he's using, dude is so much prettier than me it's ridiculous.
I loved Fake!Sam's dorkass track jackets, oh Sam. He was kind of insufferable as Fake!Sam. Of course if my sister had banged my prom date (not that I had one, but it's the principle of the thing) and stolen money from me, I wouldn't be too fond of her. I was so emo myself over Sam and Dean not being close in the Fake!World. That was sad sad sad. I thought it was funny that Dean went around hugging everyone in the Fake!World like mad, but Fake!Sam got a pat on the arm. Kripke et.al. are just screwing with us now, come on.

I would've posted last night, but I had to wait for Mr. B to watch this with me. *eye roll*
When Dean had his Vanilla Sky moment at the end, with Sam in the warehouse, I was waiting for him to ask Sam some question that only the real Sam would know. I would've liked that better than Mom-in-the-nightgown, Jessica, and Carmen ('cause, really, we don't even know her) showing up. Because it's always been about the brothers. And I hated Vanilla Sky. I guess since they were all in his head, Sam would've answered the correct answer no matter what, though. Mm, I've gone crosseyed.
I did feel bad for Dean wanting to stay in fantasy land, where everything was pretty sweet for him, but then I was thinking, "Hello, hottie, that means you'll have to leave your real. brother. in the real. world. BY HIMSELF. Where he's just as unhappy as you are." I'm pretty sure he knew that, because he kept doing research on the Jinn, was talking to his dad's grave, etc, etc. Though it didn't all sink in until he saw homegirl will the blood draining from her in the warehouse.
haha. I'm with you, darkchii. The track jackets were the nerdiest things ever on Sam. Dean is so, so hot, it's just wrong.
I felt seriously ripped off that Daddy Winchester wasn't in the episode. Ruuude. I knew he wasn't going to be, since they would've pimped the hell out of that, in the trailer for the episode, but still! What could he be doing that was more important? I guess that would've been the push that would've made Dean just stay in the alterna-universe. Girlfriend, mom and dad, no hunting, aside from everyone thinking he was a drunk, he would think he'd surely be able to turn things around with Sammy. Ahh, I loved it.

I too was annoyed that JDM wasn't in this episode! I guess he's so busy now with movies, (bad Grey's eps), etc, he has no time for his 'sons'. If this was Dean's wish, why would he just wish a peaceful death for his Dad and not life? doesn't really make sense, but then, I don't care with this show. Just bring the pretty. Not enough Sam in this ep for my liking

If this was Dean's wish, why would he just wish a peaceful death for his Dad and not life? doesn't really make sense We've only seen John be nice or loving to Dean twice: in Devil's Trap, John gives Dean a complement, which convinces Dean John is possessed, and in In My Time of Dying, John tells Dean he might have to kill Sam, and then hugs him. I'm not surprised Dean was incapable of imaging a happy John.

Sammy NOOO!!!! They will bring him back right? Any guesses how? I'm thinking Dean will make a deal with the demon kind of like how Daddy Winchester did.
I was completely fooled by the girl. Ava? She did pretty well playing both evil and sweet/good.
Demian over at TWoP is saying that in last week's episode there were no blades in the mower. Why does this keep bugging me? Just another thing in Dean's dream/wish that was 'off' I guess.
