Magni totally rocked Hush with the Houseband. He has never looked better on stage: eyes on fire. I wonder if T Lee gave him a piece of his "mind" before the performances even? Because Magni's whole set had the feeling of a big FU to SN/T Lee: he's going out with a bang and if that wasn't the rockingest performance of the season I don't know what was.
He won't win, yay!, but why T Lee felt the need to slap him down like that is beyond me. Does anyone remember any SN songs? I think ALL the contestants have had better originals than the meh-crap from SN.

...AND another thing!!! (because these random hissy fits just pop into my mind)...
GLITTER does NOT mean ROCKER! Lucas' lipglossy lips (me thinks he shops at MAC) were bugging me, but last night the overdose of glitter around his eyes....eeeeesh.
What worked for David Bowie, New York Dolls, etc...worked for them because there was some TALENT there also.
Lucas is just a tired and tiring cliched wannabe, imo.
But last night I'll give Dilana a compliment, because her hair looked the best ever, imo. Gone were the dreads, extensions, colors (mostly). But when the camera was behind her I said "oh, she only combed the front of her hair" because the back still looked like a rats nest.
eta: And yes Magni with the Houseband doing Hush was AWESOME. I love that song anyway, and it was great. The Houseband seemed a bit amped last night too.
I wonder how much those guys REALLY enjoy going home and KNOWING they are the best part of this show.

OK, is anyone watching this right now? Did my local station royally screw up the broadcast? They did a bunch of boring-ass recaps and then went straight to the final 3 singing. What the fuck happened to eliminate the fourth person? Did they just not show it?

No they showed it, the four had to each do a song. Magni did great and was gracious as always. If Lukas wins, the SuperNova budget for makeup better double.

Let's all act surprised now...I guess a sucky band deserves a sucky singer.
Dilana got the better part of that deal, a record with Gilby and Dave on guitar is not too shabby and she can do her own material. Not this "hey hey hey ho ho ho" rubbish. Good luck to her and good riddance to Lukas and the Supernitwits.
