I've done nothing today but watch the last seven episodes of Orphan Black. Brilliant! I'm so glad you all kept mentioning it, which encouraged me to check it out. I wish the wait for season two wasn't going to be so long. That's the problem with watching them all at once.  |

I spent Saturday watching all five episodes of "Fallen." If you can Netflix it, do (it's on streaming). It's a police procedural set in Belfast and it stars Gillian Anderson as the lead tracking down a serial killer with bits of police corruption thrown in so you don't get bored. Also, I don't know what the hell Gillian Anderson eats but she should keep it up because she looks amazing.

Just FYI its actually called The Fall. I did enjoy it. I will love Scully forever and yes she looks amazing in it. It also features the fabulous Archie Panjabi from The Good Wife. I must say Jamie Dornan was far creepier than I expected him to be.
I've pvr'ed episode 1 of Orphan Black after reading all the raves so I will have to catch up!

I loved The Fall and can't wait for the second season. Haven't seen Orphan Black yet, sounds like I have to check that out.

Marathoned the rest of Broadchurch last night. Loved seeing so many actors from other movies/shows.

Watched the second season of Call the Widwife. I wasn't as crazy as most people over season one but liked it enough to watch the next ;-) Didn't like how Chummy was absent from most of the season only to come back and almost die. Seemed very un-like her to travel when she was that far along in her pregnancy. Also, what was the point of Jane? She couldn't replace Chummy becuase she wasn't a midwife so what was her job? Wish they would have had more scenes between her and Sister Julianne.
I feel bad for saying this but I was completely over Sister Monica Joan. The actress' line delivery went on my nerves.
The only storyline I liked was Sister Bernadette's, she and the doctor were cute. And it made sense for her to leave the Sisters because they had shown her desire to be like the nurses in season 1.

I plowed through Broadchurch this weekend. Another great show in a year of incredible TV! Now I'm a bit lost trying to find another program to entertain me. It seems like I've already watched all the good ones.
