I'm enjoying What Remains, a BBC program. It's a four-part murder mystery. Last night was the third episode, which I recorded and am looking forward to watching this afternoon. It centers around a home divided into flats. One of the tenants was found in the attic after being missing for years. Turns out no one had reported her missing, though. The other tenants are the likely suspects. There's a nice bit of drama about various relationships and histories of everyone and bits of interconnectedness. There's also a detective who continues to look into the case, despite the fact that the police couldn't determine whether it was murder or an accident. The catch is that the case was the detective's last case before he retired.

Watching the fifth and final series of Misfits I've realized that Joe Gilgun is a faaaar better actor than Robert Sheehan is and I wish Rudy had come on earlier in the show's run. He's surrounded by useless characters like Alex and his magic power-depleting dick and Abby who is the grown-up version of a girl's imaginary friend. I like Jess and think Karla Chrome is fantastic but feel the show is really showing its age now. Cancelled not a moment too soon.

Yeah. I think the actor who plays Rudy is fantastic but I can't watch that show anymore. I really hope he gets other work though, because he really was what was making a show that had gotten pretty bad compelling.

I stopped watching Misfits after season three because I hated Rudy's character (and what they had done to Simon and Alisha). I also didn't like the actor for some reason. Maybe he's improved a lot after most of the original cast was gone? I still love seasons one and two, those were incredible.

I don't blame you. The way Curtis's character played out is depressing, the way Kelly went down in real life sort of shades her seasons on the show for me, and the new Finn guy was boring as hell and featured way too much.

Finn?! That dude is such a non-motherfucking factor he barely registers. I was permanently turned off from him after the reveal of him keeping his girlfriend in bondage to thwart her power (the power to make Finn a considerate and hygienic boyfriend). He was just an icky (monkey-faced) little weasel after that. I'm sure there's no hope of Robert Sheehan being in the finale but an update on Nathan would be nice. At least Kelly got a happy ending with Seth( Lauren Socha otoh...).

I would love Sheehan to come back for the finale, though he's probably busy making shitty Hollywood movies. Which I guess is karma since he sort of screwed production over when he decided to leave suddenly and try his hand at mega-fame. Meanwhile, the lovely Antonia Thomas appears to have a ton of projects on her plate and Iwan Rheon is on Game of Thrones. Iwan was saying that a movie is very likely to happen, and that he'd be crazy not to do it. So there's that. Perhaps there will be a mega-reunion? Let's hope it doesn't include Finn, who somehow manages to be creepy and boring.
Also, LOL: When checking on a name spelling, I saw on Wikipedia that Lauren Socha at one point played Marylin Monroe for some film short.

I don't know if many get to see the Graham Norton show but tonight will have Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen on which has me a little bit happy, it should be good😁
Also loving this series of Call the Midwife, I'm intrigued by SS GB, and looking forward to the next series of Peaky Blinders.
