I have to say (reluctantly) that I've been rather indifferent to Travis all season, but I really gained a lot of respect for him last night. He dodged every single opportunity to really slam any of the women. He answered questions honestly, but was still aware of the fact that he was on TV and these people have feelings. He could have been so slick, funny, and charming to have been slamming the rotting eggs girl, and he steered totally clear of that. I very much agree. I was really quite impressed with him. On another note, I've never used the expression B****face before but nothing else describes the look on the Canadian Sarah's face when she didn't know the camera was trained on her. Medusa wants her face back! And so much for her comments to the press a little while ago about how she's so over him . Another thing, asking your breasts, "how you doin'," in a Joey voice, and moaning the rest of the time in a fake baby voice, mixed in with squeaks? Makes Britney look like a rocket scientist.

Thanks for the link, Kafka. Hey speaking of, where is the doggie?
I wonder if that is true about Allie cursing at her at the first ceremony. It could have been Sarah embellishing, but if not, how distasteful.

Thanks for the link, Kafka. Hey speaking of, where is the doggie? Alas, I'm one of those poor, sad AOL people who can't seem to change their avatars at will. Even a photobucket thingy can't seem to circumvent it. So, once again, one of the poor Mods is trying to help me out. Soon, I will have a new photo of His Royal Puppiness. If I'm not banned first for being a royal pain in the tush. ;D Topic: I really think he's going to choose Moana. She may be somewhat emotionally unstable, but I really don't think their connection is all lust. There may be some element of protectiveness on his side but I also think there is something more. I haven't pinpointed it exactly but I think she may bring out the side of him which has been stiffled by always following the rules, always trying to be the best academically, and giving up life in order to follow conventions. Plus, he thinks she is intriguingly "mysterious" IMO, that always seems to be the deciding factor with a guy. Not necessarily in terms of staying with a girl over the long haul, but definitely in terms of wanting someone and being drawn to them in the short-term. I've heard all the arguments about how, in prior years, the producers edited out scenes of chemistry with the person who was eventually chosen but somehow I just don't think he'll chosen Sarah from TN.

MrB and I are split- he says Sarah, I say there is no spark. However, it looks like Moana is as crazy as a bessie bug, so maybe he will get up there and go all Kelly Taylor on everyone, "I choose ME!"
There is HRH! I love shepherds. My childhood dog was a german shepherd named Raphael (named after the ninja turtle, not the Renaissance painter). He was the coolest dog ever- quarter wolf. He was actually a cadaver dog for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. He died one month before the World Trade Center attack- my father always says if he were still with him, he would have taken him to New York to look for survivors.
We tried to have shepherds when LilB was a newborn, but they were puppies that really needed to go to obedience school and we were brand new parents of a child w/ reflux. I found them a good home in Chicago, but it was very painful to give them up. Even after they ate my deck.

Yuck, he's choosing the schoolteacher...so bland, so perky, so red state....ugh. Well they deserve each other. Moana at least was interesting. Ugh ugh ugh.
ETA: Now I genuinely worry for Moana...she made herself so vulnerable and just is crushed. Poor girl. I usually couldn't give two figs about shows like this but that poor girl is just devastated. I hope she'll be OK.

That was actually very painful to watch.
She ran by his house everyday and he never noticed her. That is how vanilla Sarah is.

Jeez, it sure was Topher. I really feel awful for her.
That should have been his first clue.

I liked Sarah and Moana, I think the good Dr. went with the safe choice. He picked for his personality. My husband thinks they will get married, I hope they do. I like happy endings.
Moana- yikes. She was just so melodramatic. Put down the bodice rippers and get thee to the pharmacy. She needs something to even her out a smidge. But her dress was gorgeous. Gorgeous, I say! If anyone knows where I can buy that dress, please let me know!

Do you think ABC will get help for Moana? I felt sorry for her. Travis didn't look like he was in love with anyone.
