Dr. Rey gives me the creeps. The episode I watched today was where he operated on his employees vagina. While examining her he gushed how "cute" and "pretty" she was there. Just ew. Then he injects fat into her labia. Who knew those lips needed to be plumped as well?
His whole black belt test was bizarre. I was glad they gave him two bricks instead of one to break. I don't think, after hearing his weird speech, that they wanted to give him the belt.

I watched this show constantly during the first season, even the reruns. I thought it was cool to get to see a glimpse of the life of a beverly hills surgeon. But, I can't stand the show now, because it getting too over the top and "graphic", like jilly mentioned about the collagen labia injection. Those are the kind of things I really don't want to see. I think Robert (Dr.Rey)is a good surgeon and a very caring doctor, but I do think sometimes he is way too cheerful and that comes across as fake. I have been around way too many surgeons to know that, they do not act like that after hours of surgery. I also don't like how he advises women to get bigger breast implants.I think his wife is depressed, maybe some sort of postpartum depression? They have a strange cycle going on, in that she spends a lot on money (6 thousand dollar baby furniture) and he spends a lot of time trying to make money. I do remember him complaining about how high the mortgage is going to be per month. I predict some rocky roads for this marriage.

How is she ever going to have the stamina to take care of a big dog like that? I was shocked when she admitted to weighing eighty-eight pounds. My seven year old weighs eighty pounds.

So, I assume you all saw the episode where he finally realizes that his wife is NOT EATING. I usually am not the type to make armchair diagnoses, but she seems to have a lot of the indicators for depression.

Those two seem like they have really overextended themselves financially as well. Two mortgages, expensive clothes, expensive baby furniture. No wonder she's stressed.

The wedding between Justin and Jessica was nice. Did anyone notice that Rebecca Gayheart was there. I really wanted an explanation -- was she a friend from Kentucky? A patient?
