I was done with this show once I heard him say "adorable little vagina lift."

*Not that I understand exactly what a labia lift is either. I've heard of women getting "remodeled" but not a lift. I'm imaging all those women I've seen with too tight face lifts, but elsewhere.

Nadia vagina lifts occur in the cases of vaginal prolapse, but this is usually considered a gynecological surgical procedure. I didn't watch the episode, but I am almost positive he was referring the retightening of the vagina or "vaginal rejuvenation" is which is the term plastic surgeons use.

Dr.Rey has the unique ability to be so sleazy and fake at the same time with his "hi sweetie!! your silicone enhanced breasts look so big and beautiful, let me take a look at them". In one episode I watched, he must have said beautiful at least 10 times when meeting with one of his patients.

I hate it when some plastic surgeons (Dr.Rey) encourage petite women with small breasts to get D or DD implants. Even if I go up half a cup size, I can immediately feel it, so I can't imagine what it feels like to be a B and suddenly become a D or a DD overnight.

Is he gay? He seems to have major intimacy problems with his wife. The last episode I watched he was going to some kind of class every night. She never got to see him. Then they went on a cooking class date and he paid more attention to the chef. He probably isn't gay because his wardobe is god-awful. /joke

Poor Hayley. Alone all the time in that big house slowly wasting away to nothing. Her starvation is taking a toll on her face. She looked pretty rough in the episode I saw.

I have ZERO sympathy for Hayley. She probably thought, plastic surgeon, LA, $$$$. Now she's got her big house, her kids. She needs to shut her hole. There are plenty of single mothers who have to get up at 5am to take their children to the sitter and then go to work, who'd LOVE to trade places with her. In fact if Hayley had to live like most of the single mothers I know, she'd probably kill herself.

I haven't looked at it for a long time, but a while back it had been closed because people were debating/speculating on Dr. Rey's credentials, and I think there was some sort of legal backlash about that. Or, maybe it's because it again degenerated into each poster going into graphic detail about their own plastic surgery experiences?

The new season is not on here yet. I'm a little surprised it's back. If they focus a little less on Dr. Rey I can see it being interesting.

Ew, she is? I couldn't stand her being pregnant the first time. She's such an annoying woman, and I thought it was just me, but it seems like I'm in good company.

She is INCREDIBLY annoying. Truth be told, if I was going to have plastic surgery I might look for a doctor like her. If someone is going to cut me I want to know that they freakishly compulsive. But in real life? She makes me want to poke my eyes out. I hated how a kid seemed like just another box to check. I am really, really surprised she's having another one after the episode where the topic was the horrible toll that having babies takes on your body.

The Diamonds both seem pretty "blank" to me. Smart people with little or no personality whatsoever. I think they are a perfect match.
