Betty is suffering from Wendy Pepper Syndrome (tm). She starts out all nice and motherly and you think she's going to be a non-entity and then...she becomes possessed by Satan.

Whatever respect I had for her died last week.

I appreciate how calm Marcel seems to be in spite of all the chaos (like offering to help Betty out mid-brulee crisis, only to have her blame him for them turning out crappy later).

I just started watching this with the Thanskgiving episode, these folks are some awful, self centered "my shit don't stink" chef-brats. I've only seen 2.5 episodes and already I can't stand Betty, Marcel, Michael and Frank. What cutthroats.
