Stephen is just so...clueless. I just could not believe how he ignored those people waiting to be seated so he could give his wine spiel. I am very glad they finally called him on the suit; he does need to put on a chef's jacket damn it!

It really seemed like a tough choice tonight, but Miguel had been getting more and more defensive. He needed to go before he exploded. I am guessing Dave and then Stephen will be the next to go.

I really liked Harold tonight. He praised both teammates and didn't jump in on the bashing, And I am thrilled that Dave gets the trip to France.

I'm ready for Stephen to go as well, but he did make me smile twice. First, his reaction when he realized that his sandwich could be described as a "brunch" sandwich. And the second time was when the blue team returned to the kitchen and he said, "They're deliberating" in a very impish way.

I thought Stephen aka Barry Manilow aka The Crypt Keeper with a Tan really dropped the ball on that team and should have gotten the boot. I'm so glad someone actually said what I've been yelling at my TV for 4 weeks "this is not Top Sommelier"!

So glad Dave is going to Cannes, I was rooting for him, but he needs to get a hold of himself.

Tonight's episode was actually giving me palpitations and anxiety fits at times. When Stephen was in the store picking out things for the restaurant, I was actually digging my nails into my fists as he went on about tureens, the type of wine glasses, and everything else. When they showed Dave setting up the tables while Stephen was STILL back in the store, jabbering about wine glasses, my stress levels were starting to go through the roof. But by the time he was twitching the napkin to make it stand up, then trying to fold it over perfectly in a perfect roll ..... in an almost EMPTY room.... a bloody 25 minutes before the customers walked in, I seriously was about to lose it.

He needed to be told off for sooooooooo many things but his wine schpiel was almost soothing in comparison to his behavior in the store and afterwards. Over a $1000? "Really?" Yes, "really," you idiot!! And you've just started picking out things. Put. down. that. wine. glass. and. step. away. from. the. fucking. tureens.
