Best contestant ever is on, right now. If Jack from Will and Grace was real and was on DOND, this would be him. Even has the Just Jack hands. Bwah.....we were just watching him. I was happy, even if his mother was a little irritating. I wonder how Howie feels to be hugged by a freaked-out, sweating Friend of Dorothy!

I watched this on Monday for lack of anything better to do. What was up with the cheapskate woman and her flash cards? She totally copied that girl with the bag of plastic balls. Also, her husband telling the world that he only gets an "allowence" of fifty bucks a week made my jaw drop. Who admits that on national television?!

Seeing Celine Dion on that t.v. screen lined up with the other family members. Absolutely hilarious.
Got to hand it to Celine, she's always enthusiastic. Whether she's crying on Larry King or cheering on a contestant on this show, she gives it her all. She must be a fan, cause she can't need the money this badly. Can she?

That is the first time I saw the banker go that high over fair value.

OMG. I watched the last half hour for lack of anything else better on, and I must say—so random and hysterical! Has her career been on such a downward trajectory that appearing on DoND was going to improve it somehow?
As for the contestant, she had the fakest, most annoying central casting family ever.

WTF? 90 minutes to play one game. That was painful. We started timing. 5 minutes of commercials, 5 mins 30secs of show, etc.
and then she loses..!
What a waste of time. Poor Celine Dion. Never thought I'd say that!

Celine was hilarious. We had a running commentary on her actions. During the $73,000 offer: "Did I remember to order the personal shopper to buy dog food this week?" And I noticed the woman didn't ask for Celine's advice anymore after she picked the $2.5 mil.
And I swear I caught her giving the woman's husband a WTF? look when he was waving that towel in her TV face.

Since the monitor was lined up with the family, I was hoping they would include it in the excited-family-hug moments. Poor Celine, left to the side like that! When celebrities do guest spots on this show, generally they give their good wishes and leave, but Celine was right there 'til the bitter end. She must be a fan. I think the producers were intent on having that contestant win BIG, so that's why they upped the ante to 5M. Sad for them that she settled at less than 200K when she had 750K in the case... Aw, she didn't make a great deal... Holy God, this is fracking hilarious !

He would have if he hadn't stopped when he did. He would never have survived another round. I do, however, smell an impending divorce.
