Well, I'm certainly intrigued for tomorrow.
I think I figured out what my issue with the show is -- I like it but I don't really feel any emotional connection whatsoever to it. I don't care about any of the characters, really, in part because they're all smug, self-important a-holes (and not really too deeply layered ones). Like if Danny went on a coked-out shooting spree and killed the rest of the cast, I would feel...nothing.
The characters on SN clicked with me immediately. These ones, not so much, three episodes in.

ZZzzzzzzz.....I liked Christine Lahti's scenes with Bradley Whitford. I couldn't care less about Harry and Matt.

<yawn>
When I have more of a reaction to the constant Walking/Talking corridor scenes than about the actual show, then it's time to give up.

It amazes me how little I care about the Matt/Harry shipping. Complete lack of interest.

I just think that I want to like this show more than this show wants me to like it. The "plagiarized" 90 seconds was so unamusing.

The audience they bought off the Strip was way funnier than anything that has ever come out of Harriet's mouth.

I just think that I want to like this show more than this show wants me to like it. The "plagiarized" 90 seconds was so unamusing. It was painfully boring. I could not care less about Harriet and Matt. They're pairing is so, so boring. The plagerized segment dragged and dragged and dragged. I deleted the show before it even ended. I really did want to like it, but I don't. Matthew Perry looks like shit.

sooo.... I didn't miss anything by actually going to bed at a decent hour?
What was the "shocking" scene? I was expecting, with what looked like The Pussycat Dolls onscreen, that it was a Janet Jackson moment. What did happen?
I think my problem with this show is that it takes itself too seriously. It's only television, and even worse, it's only a late night sketch show. It is not The West Wing, a show I didn't even watch but feeling like I'm watching a K-Mart version of.

Was there supposed to be a "shocking scene"? Hmm.
