I was watching You're the One That I Want and I was surprised that it ended at the bottom of the hour. But then I realized that NBC was trying to trick people into watching The Apprentice and my heart grew three sizes.

I'm going to shoot the next person who says, "At the end of the day..." on this show. Holy shit they used that stupid phrase a lot last night.

Hee, I figured I was the only one watching that (well, along with my 6-year-old son, who's watching while he waits for AI to start).

I'm not up on all the Ivanka gossip but thank God she took after her mother looks-wise rather than her dad (sorry Donald, Jr.). She has her dad's mouth though although it looks cute on her. I'm in love with her voice - so rich and beautiful for someone so young.

I couldn't stand Martin and his ugly clothes so I'm glad he got canned. Frank's not much better but I agree that he does have a lot of passion and he fought harder not to get fired than anyone else in recent memory.

Heh. I also noticed that Ivanka got her dad's mouth. It was particularly noticeable in those commercial break contest bits. That said, she does have a surprisingly nice voice and she seems fairly level-headed so far.

I burst out in horrified laughter at the intro, though, when Donald arrives at the mansion with Melania and Barron to greet him. Who knew Melania would be just as awful an actor as Trump! God, it was painfully bad! And that whole get-up she was wearing with the big hair and everything. Just unbelievable cheesy. Wow. Plus, the whole thing just smacked of showing off his new wife and kid as his latest possessions, like the jet and the mansion and all the other over-the-top crap.

I actually got bored with the show by the last ten minutes -- and wasn't feeling good, either -- so I gave up watching before the firing. Plus, I couldn't stand to listen to Frank any more. He's the type of loud sales personality that is the complete antithesis of me and he puts my teeth on edge. I just wanted to yell at him to shut.up!

Frank is Dilbert's LOUD HOWARD, Tim looks like Ryan from The Office, the women are interchangeable corporate bimboes and the rest of the men made no impression. That being said, I liked last night's ep, especially the horror-stricken expressions on the princess's face when they realized that they'd have to sleep in a tent!

I refused to watch the show as I don't want to be a part of boosting Trump's ego and would like nothing more than this show to be cancelled.

I watched it and I thought it was a good show. The contestants all seem like high achievers. It will be interesting to see how it develops over the next few weeks.

The last Apprentice was really terrible, I'm sure a lot of people wrote this show off after last season.

It was funny though to see Trump's hair - in several shots his hair was as blonde as a surfer's!
