I caught this the other night with my parents. A few things to say:
Good lord, is Hal Sparks off-key. The way they lowered the mike on his voice to throw in the backing vocals on his choruses was hi-larious.
Lucy Lawless -- a few words of advice (and this is to any would-be singers out there): Unless you are a seasoned pro at singing, I mean, you've been doing it and got not only the voice but the SOUL for it...never, but NEVER sing an Etta James song. You will look awful doing it, and you did.
And finally, Alfonso: I'm afraid he's never left being Carlton. I even commented to my parents that he still wants to be Bobby Vinton.
