Hmmmmm. Thanks! No, that was what I thought when I read the title. I was, as I am so often, deluded and mistaken.

Are you serious, about the series being about Smith from The Matrix?

Hmm, I feel kinda OD-ed on crime caper shows from Hu$tle and the like and Ray Liotta's face just plain scares me.
But pretty boys wrasslin', you say? Tempting. So very tempting.

Johnny Lee Miller AND Simon Baker? I'm so there with bells on.
OT: What the hell is going on with Johnny Lee Miller's career?! He takes the oddest projects.

Saw it last night and liked it. I don't if it'll succeed (the boring title is a killer) but I'll tune in next week. The cast is very impressive - the budget for this show must be astronomical with the expensive actors' salaries and movie-quality production design.

I'm tuning in purely so that I can see Sick Boy. Love Jonny Lee Miller, but Trainspotting and Mansfield Park are about all I can stand to watch with him. Hopefully, Simon and JLM will make up for the Liotta.
And word to the eyeliner comment. It's weird to the point of distraction.

I'm tuning in purely so that I can see Sick Boy. Same here. Jonny 's hairline is certainly retreating, but he still looks good. And no American accent! How lovely that he and Simon have several scenes together. Simon looks much improved since hisodd appearance in The Devil Wears Prada.

I liked it. I think it could get old very fast if they don't work very hard, but I liked it.
Johnny Lee Miller will be hot when he's 90 and bald.
Okay, he'll be hot when he's 37 and bald.
But he'll STILL be hot when he's 90 and bald.

I enjoyed it as well. But I missed a part. I saw the very end of the scene where Annie came stumbling out of the alley as if she had been attacked. I get that she was trying to cause a distraction, but I missed why she beat up the woman in the alley. I also thought that was a rather dumb distraction. Far too showy. The cops investigating the robbery should figure out fairly quickly that the assaoulted woman who just vanished after the shots were fired could have been in on it.

The woman in the alley recognized her, then kept at her about the recognition, interrupting the fake-blood and torn-blouse prep. How that event relates to Annie's specific request earlier in the show, to know about women who look like her, escapes me.
And Jonny's receding hairline is stinkin' hot.
