It wasn't on. They re-ran an old CSI.

They didn't give the show a chance. How can anything find a groove in 2 or 3 weeks? This is why we're stuck with crap like House of Carters and My Super Sweet Sixteen.

I agree. It's ridiculous to cancel a show after less than a month.

I'm sorry ya'll, I gave false hope. If it is any consolation, YahooTV and I are fighting.

My husband is livid. I know it's been stated over and over, but when is reality tv going to go away so regular, text-driven shows have half a chance?
Although, who am I kidding, even reality tv is scripted, it's just done badly.

I'm livid. What the hell? I hate CBS so much right now. Between what they did with this and Love Monkey, it's just inexcusable. CBS has three shows: a lame reality show that nobody cares about, a predictable, formulaic crime thriller, and a crappy unfunny sitcom. There are fifty different versions of these shows, but they're all the same damn show. Without a Trace and CSI? Same show. And they can't manage to scratch together a decent budget for Smith? Bullshit.

Bullshit. Hate to say this but, it's not true that "nobody cares about" these shows, folks are watching, they're getting ratings that's why they are still on the air. However I think the networks have to realize that things are different today, that TIVO and VCRs and DVRs are used because some folks have to go to bed by 10am; I mean rush hour in NYC STARTS at 4:30am so these people don't have time to sit and watch TV at 10pm. I think the networks should do what cable has done, either run the show more than once a week OR all the networks should get together, have an "on demand" channel with every show on it, charge folks something like $1 a month for the service and then they can see who watches what show. They can even have commericals, as many of the cable "on demand" channels do.

I can't believe they cancelled it. It had some draggy moments, but I thought it had great potential with that cast. What a stupid decision. I hope my beloved Simon finds another television avenue so I can see him regularly.
