What, no love for Valotte? Pre-teen mandasant thought Julian Lennon was so handsome and romantic. Yes, the song itself is aggressively 80's, but I will always love it.

LOVED Valotte and thought Julian was soooo handsome. I had such a crush as a 15 year old.

I learned just this moment that Ringo's real last name is Starkey. Duh.

I learned just this moment that Ringo's real last name is Starkey. Duh. That’s Sir Richard Starkey to you! That makes his wife officially Barbara Bach, Lady Starkey. I’m guessing from what little I know about knighthood (American here who finds this process antiquated, elitist, sexist, and unnecessary) is it goes by your legal name. For example, Sir Michael Caine is Sir Michael Caine because he legally changed his name from Maurice Joseph Micklewhite. Ringo’s legal name is still Richard Starkey.

Ringo’s legal name is still Richard Starkey. I liked how in the Disney+ movie (series? whatever we're calling it) his bandmates would call him Richie.

My favorite Julian Lennon song is, Saltwater. It's even more relevant now than when it was first released. I love the song so much that it's 3rd on my all time favorite songs playlist right beneath, Here Comes the Sun.

Ringo’s legal name is still Richard Starkey. I liked how in the Disney+ movie (series? whatever we're calling it) his bandmates would call him Richie. That’s his childhood nickname because his (biological) father was also named Richard Starkey. There’s been debate if it’s spelled Richie, Ritchie, or Richy (according to Mark Lewisohn). I’m interested in Olivia Harrison’s book of poetry coming out. She’s so low-key, it’s a bit surprising. Congrats to Sir Dr. Richard Starkey!

Macca headlining Glastonbury tonight at 80 the oldest headliner. I’m loving his set so far. Glastonbury crowd are lucky sods I tell you. The crowd spontaneously sang him Happy Birthday. Edit Dave Grohl! with Macca! At Glastonbury! I saw her standing there! I want to give Dave a hug! And Paul! Edit 2 Springsteen has entered the fray! Glasto Glory! Edit 3 Shallow end of pool Dammit but The Boss looks fine! Edit 4 I’m Paul McCartney and I’ll play the set I want to and then surprise you with Grohl and Springsteen and and then kick you in the feels to close out with absolute tunes because I can! Legend. Edit whatever, John Lennon isolated vocals get to sing with Paul again at Glastonbury... linkI’m a mess.
