I had just finished chatting about this with a friend, left her house, and on the next block heard someone repeating Dukie's line: "But how do we get from here...to the rest of the world?" It was wild. Definitely a lot of hype for Sunday. I'm already invited to a series finale party. Maybe it'll lessen my pain.

The Mayor here in Philly is having a special screening, complete with Wendell Peirce (Bunk) and other as of yet, undisclosed cast members. HBO is setting up the sound and screen down in City Hall and there will be a Q&A afterwards. There are only 100 tickets; half given to invited guests and half for the public. So I will be watching in my living room with a box of Kleenex nearby.

Seeing Snoop get killed was almost as bad as watching Flower of the Kalahari buy the farm, if you get my meaning. Well, nothing was as bad as seeing my boyfriend get his head blown off, even though he looked hot in a body bag.  He did look mighty pretty in that bag. Of course my girl probably wouldn't considering....  What the hell are we gonna do Neurochick without this show? I hate not being able to pm you on Monday asking for teasers.  ETA- They need to get my girlfriend over to the L Word. I remember an interview where Felicia said she would take all of Shanes women lol. I would love to see that. OMG, Felicia on L Word? I might start watching that show again with her. I'd love to see her with Jenny. And about Omar...well, he really did look good in that bag; I wonder how long MKW had to lie still for that one. |

Oh, I'm glad Felicia Pearson has another project lined up. It seemed like she had a hastily published memoir. I think her talent can really be cultivated with the right opportunities. Michael K. Williams is well on his way (you guys caught the Boston accent as a cop in Gone, Baby...)? My personal crushes are Seth Gilliam (great character actor; glad he got some serious spotlight time on this show) and Corey Park (Sydnor). Yum. I would gladly take either. Actually, just thinking about either makes me want to post my phone number in a public forum (kidding!)  |

No, bklyred, I think the folks are saying that they WANT Felicia Pearson in "The L Word". Not that she is in it. But it's a nice thought. I hope she gets some type of work.

Felicia was the one who said she wanted to do The L Word and steal all of Shane's women. Hopefully her manager can line something up for her. I think she would be a breath of fresh air on that show but that is my bias talking I suppose.
