Thanks, I'm really bad at catching details like that if I don't look them up on the IMDB. I guess I can always blame it on Brian Bloom's eyes being a distraction. All I could think of when it cut off right before we got to see the movie was that the show might be canceled before next week, and then we'll never get to see it or at least hear about what was shown.

I hope the ratings improved tonight. When I read the specs for this show I was left scratching my head... The Amazing Race? But for keeps? But it's so much better than the spec sheet.
I'm really enjoying it, too. It's got that loopy, goofy, kinetic energy of the Whedon/Minear camp aesthetic, and the conceit of the whirling camera moves is addictive fun. I'd have torn that shirt off Brian Bloom, but that's just me. Well, probably not just me.

No, it's not just you. ;D Yowza!I am an Amazing Race fan, but I switched over as soon as that was over. I liked it a lot too. Speedy and complex and fun. This could be a great summer series. The timeslot is a killer, though. It's up against Desperate Housewives, Deal or No Deal and Cold Case. Yeesh.

I wish they'd waited to put this on in the summer! That would have been perfect.

Just finished my tape - damn! What was that movie? Must know! I'm getting such a "Harsh Realm" vibe from this... as in, cancelled by the 4th episode or so. But, oh boy, that Nathan smirk near the end, when he was racing... *fans self*

I loved it - even though my Fox feed crapped out at one point and I lost a whole 5-minute chunk. Not crazy about that Lohan look-alike, and her dad creeps me out. You can always catch it on CTV on Friday. I bet the dad is not long for the world (I don't think Dylan Baker works cheap, and he's not in the opening credits.)

You can always catch it on CTV on Friday. I didn't even know it was on then. See how "well" they're promoting this show? Thanks, spordelia!

A big "oh yeah, baby!" on smirking, possibly dangerous Nathan Fillion. I was swooning as well.
I'm glad to see Wendy has a backbone when it comes to her kid. And was that really Cindy Williams as the foster mom/lady? She looks so different.
Please don't let it be cancelled! It has such potential.

I adore Nathan Fillion, but I thought this was pretty crappy. I was so distracted by the mountains in South Florida (I guess they put those in in the last three months), and how every single driving scene was filmed on the same 1/2 mile stretch of road complete with the same background vehicles. I also liked how every team stopped at the same gas station in Georgia. The budget for this must be tiny if they couldn't even switch some signs around.
It was nice to see Brian Bloom, and I liked the father/daughter team. Taryn Manning gets on my nerves. I'm not sure why, but she annoys me.

Damn. I missed this and really wanted to see it if only for Nathan Fillion. But mountains in South Florida? For real? I lived in S. Fla the first 25 years of my life and can't even remember a freaking hill. Why would they do that?
