I guess since it was a spa weekend and didn't involve strippers and whatnot that it was more normal to take the moms to Palms Springs.

It was Missy and not Bam who said that he didn't like strippers. My husband and I looked at each other and said "yeah right"! BAM MARGERA doesn't like strippers, Missy actually believes that?!

Missy's fans are getting their panties in a bunch insisting that Amanda is just like everyone else to Missy and that Missy's family has plenty of their own money and making them sound so high-class. Yet, Missy didn't know what she wanted to do until she met Bam, her sister is a hair-dresser, and the down syndrome girl works taking tickets at an AMC movie theater. I don't know what her father did before he died or how much of the insurance money they have now. However, I doubt they had/have Bam's kind of money.

Also, Missy has said some things that makes me think that she is very aware of Amanda's disability.

Talk about fans grasping at straws!

She's in the new Stuff magazine that came in the mail yesterday. I didn't have any opinion on her before, just assumed she must suck if she would marry Bam. I hate her now. God, she thinks her shit doesn't stink. Sorry I don't have a scanner to post the article.

The Lip tattoo thing was strange. But then I guess everything about those 2 is supposed to be strange.

I watched Jackass 2 the other day and noticed 2 things:
1. Bam is trying to evolve into Knoxville.
2. He can't get his ass in another man's face fast enough. Seriously. He probably doesn't like strippers - but don't let him near the Chippendales!

Oh, and #3. He really needs to wear pants that have another 2-3 inches rise in the waist. They (I think it was the same pair the whole movie) were way too low cut.

Saw the wedding episode. I wasn't at all impressed with the decorations. Antlers?!!!Nor was I impressed with Bam's vows. Very different!!! As long as they are happy though...

Seems like Missy was the happiest when she got the earrings...that was what impresses her, hmm.....

Ryan and Tim Glomb looked cute. I thought all the decorations were tacky, as was the "minister's" outfit. I liked Missy's veil, but not the dress. Bam looked so dirty and unkempt.

I could not agree more with what Tim said at the end - the show should have been titled "My Future Ex". Here's hoping he got an ironclad prenup.

I think he does have an ironclad prenup. Watch her have kids really soon though. Also, I wonder if they know /suspect something that Bam doesn't, hence the "MY Future Ex" comment.

You know- I can see what they were going for with the antlers. I guess trying to bring in an outdoor rustic element. I don't think it was sooo bad, but the cocktail hour and reception were horrible and stark. The mini antlers on the table could have worked with their theme- but they needed more flowers and candles. They also needed some high arrangements in the room- maybe trees lining the perimeter or some tables with tall arrangements.

My husband said maybe they were going for the minimalist look but I disagree. There are plenty of wedding magazines in my basement- MS, InStyle etc and that is not the minimalist look- it's the cheap look. The ceilings were way too high and the architecture of the room did not lend itself to the stark/spare look. It was crappy planning. And I blame Missy as well as the po-dunk planner. As the bride she approves everything. She didn't even have her vows written until just before the ceremony.

ITA that she will be knocked up soon. Things change when you get married and if she is slightly as traditional as she says she will not feel right as a married woman whose husband ignores her for his friends. Especially when her friends fall into the suburban new-wife dinner party routine, then the baby shower brigade. She will have a baby to try and wrangle Bam and that will cause friction. I give it 4 years tops.
