I remember a scene from The Invisible Child where Crazy Mom goes to the school and is looking for the invisible kid's artwork, and I think the other kids made some up just so the Mom would have something to look at. Did that happen?

My favorite one is where some teenage guy who is a swimmer gets addicted to porn and his life spirals. out. of. control. It is awesome. He would sit at his computer and watch porn late and night. Thats it. There wasn't even anything implying that he was jacking off. he was just watching it and it was lame porn, just homely girls in tank tops. Then for some random reason he stopped being a good swimmer and couldn't go to college. He broke up with his girlfriend because she caught him looking at porn on her palm pilot. Then he tries to hook up with this girl who he saw on a webcam but she is insane and when he pusses out and ditches her she smashes her head on the wall and her boyfriend thinks she's been beaten. Then the porn-addict gets his ass kicked and jumps into a pool. I think it kill himself but they just ended with him floating in the pool. That's Cyber Seduction: His Secret Life. Something Awful has a good review/recap of it.

I love Lifetime Movies! THe Tracy Thurber Story with Nancy McKeon is one of the best. The scene with the husband stomping on her neck is awful! I also like the Meredith Baxter Birney movie her playing Betty Broderick. Another good one is with Cheryl Ladd getting in the middle of a drug deal accidentally and being locked up. Her kids have to stay with Jean Smart while Cheryl is involved in the children's center of the prison. It sounds lame, but it's pretty good.
Tori Spelling lifetime movies are all good! And I have a love of any eating disorder movie. Especially the one with Tracy Gold in it.
There's just too many good ones to name.

Sadly, I recognize all these movies!
I like the one where Delta Burke is given an emergency hysterectomy, and that turns her homicidal - she tries to kill her pregnant doctor and steal the baby..
And then the one where Kate Jackson does steal a baby - and replaces it with a dead fetus that she had kept in her fridge...
Susan Lucci seduces a teenage swimming coach - and he becomes obsessed and kills her..
Jack Wagner stalks Judith Light - and she ends up pushing him off of a lighthouse..
Oh, and another teen pregnancy story - but an old one. Teenaged Patricia Arquette and Dermott Mulroney as the teen parents.. I think it's called "Daddy". Classic!
And my movie is called - Love Me, Love My Seducer

I remember another one, a mom and her friend are locked up because they took some pictures of their kids in their underwear and they got accused of creating child porn. It looked pretty bizzare and do we really need a movie about the unfairness of child porn laws?

It looked pretty bizzare and do we really need a movie about the unfairness of child porn laws? I think that may have starred Felicity Huffman. I remember watching it and thinking that she was really cool. But yeah, the whole subject matter was icky. It was about how the government goes too far into people's lives. I think the place that developed the pictures turned them in - and they were just pictures of her kids running around naked. I watch too much of this crap!

There's another one that's along that path where two parents are accused of really twisted molestation by their two sons and they're put in jail but they never did anything. It's based on a true story and they eventually get out of jail. I think the real life situation was one of the many that changed how police question children in these cases. They could no longer say "Did mommy do bad things? Like for example, did she hang you from the living room ceiling and spank you with a leather whip? She did! Great, let's make sure the tape recorder picked that up"

A lot of these Lifetime movies sound like good Norma Klein books gone horrifically bad.
And, I couldn't resist the title generator. I ended up with a couple gems:

Which was the one with Lindsay Wagner and a tagline that went something like: "In order to save her daughter from the streets, one mother will have to walk them"?
One of the best/worst was Malpractice with Gabrielle Carteris (Andrea from 90210) as a hot temptress/nurse--I know, it's already funny--obsessed with Stephanie Zimbalist's husband. The husband was a surgeon who once performed an operation that went horribly wrong somehow and, as a result, had random Nam-like flashbacks to the operating room. Throw in a grandma character anvilliciously referring to her cranberry juice and you have a Lifetime classic.

Thanks y'all! For 20 bucks and change, I picked up She's Too Young, Too Young to Be a Dad, and Mom at Sixteen. Whee! Just ordered The Invisible Child. $4.38 with shipping. I love Amazon. Unfortunately, Cyber Seduction isn't available.
