I agree, thingamajig. Boreanaz is great in Bones. And in greeeeat shape.
Meanwhile, dancing Angel will never cease to be funny. And singing Angel. And puppet Angel. Really, Boreanaz is an enormous goof. I heart him for that.

He i! I love his penchant for crazy socks--which his character in Bones shares, btw. (Nice touch, producers!) I also love his fear of birds, especially chickens. The TWoP banner ads had a field day with that.
I loved befuddled, klutzy Angel moments.

In my mind, the Angel series ended after Fred was dropped off at the airport and before pregnant Darla showed up in "Fredless". It was always how I pictured the show ending with the gang (Angel/Cordy/Wes/Gunn/Lorne) just sitting around talking and waiting for Cordy's next vision. Those 2 1/2 seasons of Angel are my favorite TV show ever.

Really, Boreanaz is an enormous goof. I heart him for that. I started watching Bones when it started because I love David Boreanez and then I HATED the show. However, the writers finally figured out how to write for all the characters and now I really like it. He does that self-deprecating humor so well and he's fabulous with his shrink.

I can get behind that. Or, Fred went home and took Baby Connor with her; Lorne did a spell to erase all memories of them both. Meanwhile, Lindsey returned to LA, much hoyay goodness ensued.

This was my favorite show once upon a time. I liked it even more than Buffy. The show ended for me when Doyle was killed. I loved him so. The show had a real magic and there was tangible chemistry between the actors. What a shame about Glenn Quinn. What a waste.

Doyle was so adorable - that superficial witch Cordy didn't deserve him, that's for sure. I cried when he died - especially knowing about the actor in real life.
But I laughed my arse off when Leather Wesley showed up. I adore the guy and totally lust after him, but that was hysterically funny!

Love the show, so many hysterical moments. I've got more than passing fondness for any episode with Angelus, who is so evil it's just delicious. And I loved how Angel was so much more human / fun / klutzy in his own world. Like the dancing. Any time Angel and Wes were hanging around looking incompetent was just so darn funny. I quite liked Fred most of the time ... I still bawl my eyes out watching her death or listening to Kim Richey's A Place Called Home. Loved Illyria though, she was a very exciting, different character for the show. I really missed Cordelia when she left, and her return was awesome. I just plain loved S5 - I'm biased and think the more Spike, the better the episode / season. Some random Angel lovebites: Carpe Noctem, Spin the Bottle, Guise Will Be Guise. I have a necklace that Fred wore during S5, bought from Fox / eBay after the show ended. It's very cool to have part of the show. Seeing as, you know, I can't afford DB and they weren't selling him.

I started watching Angel when it first came out and loved Doyle. When they killed off the character, it broke my heart. After that, I slowly just stopped watching it except when there were Buffy crossovers and then when season five started. I needed my Spike fix.
I think that David Boreanz and James Marsters had really great chemistry and their scenes together gave me a good laugh.
