While I hated to see Mr. Nigel-Murray die, it was nice to have some of the slapstick stuff scaled back for an episode. At least they also finished this storyline, so they can't keep returning to it. I wouldn't say that, Booth didn't actually kill the guy after all. They could always being him back. I wouldn't put it past them to drag him out every once in a while just to annoy us. |

This makes me realize that "Bones" has been on longer than "Angel" was, which kind of blows my mind because I still somewhat associate DB with that character. IF YOU WANT TO GET TECHNICAL...  DB played Angel for a total of 8 years. haha. (3 on Buffy and 5 on Angel.) Are we to legitimately assume that Bones and Booth did the dirty? Because I can imagine some 'shippers are foaming at the mouth we didn't get to see it. Or get a solid answer. |

Oh, hush. The stint on "Buffy" doesn't count because he couldn't act his way out of a wet paper bag back then. I don't think they did it. Remember when the showrunners bragged about the season finale, that Brennan and Booth were going to do it and it wasn't a a dream, etc. ... then it turned out to be Booth's brain tumor-induced fantasy? I don't put it past the writers to pull another "Psych!," especially when it was so ambiguous. Maybe they had A Very Serious Talk or something, or maybe Bones is just thrilled that she had any kind of intimacy with Booth. Who knows? Maybe I'm totally wrong. I want them to just get together so the show can focus on other things. I've always found the cases/interactions in the lab to be the best part of the show. I watched this Friday and I'm still sad over poor Mr. Nigel-Murray. |

I find all the lab assistants pretty interchangeable. Now, if they had killed off Hodgins that would have stirred my cold, dead heart.
Next ep is the finale. Now will we be subjected to a did they/didn't they scenario all summer long or will we find out what happened in Booth's bed that night?

But he was preeeeeeetty! I didn't/don't pay attention to all the stuff the showrunners say unless I actually run into it. I DON'T WANT TO KNOW! I find all the lab assistants pretty interchangeable. The only lab assistants I actually like are Wendell and Arastoo. |

I don't know. They haven't given a good excuse. I saw Hart Hanson say once that he hadn't "written that yet." So get with it, dude. This is the first season Zack hasn't been in since he left the show. Kind of makes me wonder what exactly he'd get charged with. haha. How many years would he get? It's been two-three (they did have that little time jump last summer), he could possibly get out right now with good behavior. |

There was something about how if he admitted he didn't kill anyone he'd be charged as an accessory and have to go to jail instead of the nuthouse, and he didn't think he'd do well in jail. |

Edited because the finale apparently aired a day early in Canada. So I'll come back tonight and we can talk about the wtf ending then.
