Just in case you felt you weren't up to date on your fashion trends, here are Mommy and Daughter at last night's SAG Awards. This totally would have won Best Dressed... at the first Oscar ceremony. The dress is covered in tiny black hearts. I'm dumbstruck. |

I can see how some would think it's an attention grab, but there is something about the look that I really like. The color combination and the hearts give it a modern edge. I would have gone with a different belt. And honestly I really like the pixie cut on Kate. I think that cut looks great on her, but I'm also thinking she's pulling the old "new hair to disguise your new face" routine. I kinda think she looks tighter than usual, but I'm not sure because I probably wouldn't recognize her if I passed her on the street regardless. |
