My local news just reported that this isn't Matt's first time weaving around the roads - back in 2003 was charged with DUI, but got the charge dropped when he took a 16 week alcohol treatment course (he can't do that again since a driver can only take that course once every 10 years here in Oregon). No wonder he wouldn't take the breathilizer test, he's been thru this before and know what's going to happen and that the prior makes things worse for him.
