Yeah, Buy Me reruns are on every weeknight at 7:30 p.m. The show has its own thread at TWOP, and the posters there seem to be referring to recently aired eps. But they're talking about American channels and schedules, so I don't know when they're watching. Apparently it's on a lot.
I'm glad this thread was resurrected because, now with the real estate market going bust, it'll be interesting to see the Buy Me loons in action. Typical scenario: - Impulsively buy a second house - Put current house up for sale and base price on what is needed to pay for second house, not what its actual value it. - Argue when agent says it's over-priced and/or needs repairs or updates. - Do some repairs or updates in a half-assed manner, complaining all the way about the agent. - Receive a fair offer on the house, considering the comps in the neighbourhood and condition of the house. - Reject offer because it's too low for what is wanted (not what it's worth). - Complain about paying two mortgages. - Complain when neighbour puts house on market and sells within a week. - Complain when agent suggests lowering the price. - Dump agent. - Try "For Sale By Owner" with little success. - Get new agent and lower price. - Finally sell house for what the first agent recommended all along. - Act smug.

That's a perfect description of Buy Me. I love the way they pay 6 months of carrying costs only to sell for the same price that was offered 6 months ago.
Have you seen the one with the infamous rainforest condo? That woman was insane!
I noticed that the flipping shows now all have disclaimers about how you can lose money/
