This episode actually made me like Steve. He was so sweet to brag on Tango to Papa Tango. Usually, he's picking on Tango and making fun of his red headphones, so it was nice to see Steve compliment him and talk about all the progress he's made.

Dammit...the one night that I forget to set the DVR to record it. I kept thinking last night that there was something I was forgetting. I wonder when SciFi will repeat it.
It's a bitch gettin' old, I tells ya.

Seriously, I'm not a vindictive person but every time I watch this show I like everyone, and think it's an interesting show. But then Steve comes on screen and I want to grab a tarantula and chase him around.

I'm all excited -- next week's episode is their investigation at Fort Delaware, which is right down the road from me. I've never been (Lemur Guy apparently got dragged there on field trips in elementary school and thus refuses to go back), so I'm looking forward to seeing some local ghost stories.

I just wonder how old he is and if there's a reason he never takes his hat off.

Based on Steve's MySpace Pictures he has a full head of hair. Even if they appear to be taken a couple years ago. The mid-season finale was pretty decent. I could hear the cannons going off and those EVPs were crazy!

I watched some of the reruns last night, and they aired this pretty funny promo for Hellboy II featuring Hellboy and Jason and Grant.

Has anyone else wondered why it too forever to make Tango an investigator? He was an investigator-in-training for the longest time (at least 2 seasons), whereas Kris was appointed almost immediately from IIT to full fledged investigator after almost 5 or so cases in this current season. Grr.

I imagine it was because Tango went through the process that TAPS normally makes people go through, and Kris is the result of the producers turning to Jason and Grant and saying, "You need a girl. Like...now."
I'm just glad that even though Kris basically got to "cut in line" if you will and get her "investigator" title without the wait, she at least seems like a half-way decent investigator. I'm glad she doesn't get hysterical the way Donna would.

They seem to have replaced Shannon with Dustin on GHI! Yay. Sure he wears his visors in a stupid way, but otherwise he seems competent.
