I don't know how any of the rehab workers survive it. Drew gets to prance in and out when it's time to make pouty, sad faces at the hot women. But the others? Cleaning vomit, taking tons of abuse from detoxing, spoiled celebs? Why is Shelly so often alone when shit happens? Why is Will not all that present? They seriously need some burly men around for when the guy patients go batshit, yet it's always frail Shelly alone. Or maybe that just makes for better TV.

It doesn't make sense to me that Shelley or any of the other professionals have to clean up vomit at all. I doubt that's how most rehabs work. I noticed at one point after Eric Roberts finished eating he picked up his plate and asked "do we take this?" and someone told him they are supposed to just leave it there, presumably for someone else to pick up. Are you fucking kidding me?!!

I know half of this show is bullshit but I really do hope Leif and Frankie get help because they are the only ones who seem like they have legitimate deep drug problems. My heart kind of breaks for them. Yeah, I know. I'm a sucker.

Leif is one of those addicts who has reached rock bottom several times before already, but maybe appearing on a show like Celebrity Rehab with the likes of Janice Dickinson, Rachel Uchitel and some guy from Laguna Beach will finally be the ultimate rock bottom for him.

I agree the cast is lacking in legitimate addicts. Jason Wahler seems to be just fine. Janice Dickinson will be okay as long as there is a reality show for her to yell and act crazy on. Eric Roberts is a douchebag who might as well keep on using marijuana. Jason Davis has a whole bunch of underlying health problems and mental health issues.

I would count Jeremy London as an addict, but there were rumors that he was clean when he went in and just did it for the money, so no sympathy there. His biggest problem is his continued insistence that his ridiculous story is the the whole truth and nothing but the truth and shunning the people who care about him because they don't believe it. Aside from whatever other problems Jeremy has he must be incredibly stubborn to keep insisting that his obvious whopper of a lie is true. He won't get anywhere until he swallows his pride and admits he lied.

Hollywood's preeminent red carpet couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, are on a one-way road toward splitsville, Dr. Drew Pinsky told the Huffington Post in a new interview.

"Just add up a couple things... there's no such thing as 'I was a heroin addict,'" the Celebrity Rehab host (who does not treat the couple) said in reference to Jolie, who's been linked to the dangerous drug in the past. "That doesn't exist in nature. Something is going on with [her] addiction. Or she's in recovery. And I don't see any evidence that's the case. So we've got one person who's a heroin addict. Which is a chronic lifelong condition, period."

Pitt -- who famously left then-wife Jennifer Aniston for Jolie, after the two struck up a romance on the set of their film, Mr. & Mrs. Smith -- didn't get it much easier, as Pinsky pointed out interesting predictors of the Megamind star’s future behavior.

"We have another person who has said things like, 'Well, Jennifer [Aniston] was into long-term relationships, that's just her way of looking at things,'" Pinsky said. "I mean, that demeaning attitude towards other people's emotions.

"Now put those two people together and you have got a really volatile situation. And they're constantly creating things to weld themselves together. Which is only going to serve to make a more nuclear eruption. There will be some sort of meltdown that will be phenomenal when it does happen."

What? Angelina's an addict, and Brad trashed long term relationships (when did that happen?). What happened to this guy? He's such a tool.

I think Angelina experimented with heroin and other drugs but I don't think she was ever a true addict. Dr. Drew must spend so much time on this stuff that he sees addicts everywhere.

Or maybe he's just hoping that Angelina truly is an addict and hits rock bottom and he can get her on his show since it feels like this season has the lowest form of "celebrity", even for this show. Wasn't Janice on before? Wasn't Leif on before? Jason Wahler was always a non-presence on all those Laguna/Hills/City shows. His main job was to be the subject of the "Have you seen Jason?" questions in that horrible Cali-accent. Gah.

It's like he resents Angelina Jolie for getting off drugs and staying clean without making a big splash about it by announcing she is going to a high priced rehab cause in his mind that's the only way to do it apparently.

You mean like raise their children together and travel and do charity projects together? This is a bad thing now?? Brad and Angelina both go off and do their own things too, so it's not like they are holed up in a hotel room shooting up together and blocking out the rest of the world.

It was just such a randomly famewhorey thing to talk about. Since Lindsay was quiet (not anymore - I guess he can go back to being the expert on her now), it's like he just picked the most famous celebrities he could think of in order to get attention.

And yeah, if having children is considered binding yourself together in an unhealthy way with someone... we're all guilty.

Yeah, it's a bad season. Jason Davis needs major psychological help (as does Janice) - he's not getting it sitting around in that group. And I'm still not understanding what the hell Eric Roberts is doing there. I swear most of them do the show just to get the money to buy more drugs when they get out. Why on earth would he need televised rehab? Show Hollywood he's clean and can get jobs again? Can't these things be accomplished OFF camera?
