"Red Red Wine" My hatred for that song knows no bounds. Oh, man... and which gawd-awful version, the cheese-wad Neil Diamond one, or the hiddy UB40 reggae one? *plugs ears and shrieks* I finally heard "Hollaback Girl" and, even though I used to like Gwen, all I could think was that it sounded like a retarded cheerleading song.

Ooooh, I checked out this thread specifically to see if this song was mentioned. It is so awful and horrific. I'm glad to see that so many others hate it just as much.

I can't stand Loser by Beck. He's trying just so damn hard to be kooky and weird w/ his kerr-razy lyrics that I feel uncomfortable listening to it. I wonder if he wrote this before or after the e-meter trauma? Gah.
Also, this is personal, but anything by Bob Seger will make the convulsions start. In our last apartment, the people below us left Bob Seger's Greatest Hits (I feel chills just typing that) on their stereo on continuous play and then left for an entire weekend. It was loud, and it was grating. No matter what rooms we were in, we could hear it. I swear the lyrics were psychologically imprinted on our brains and we would hear it even during the breaks in the songs. It's been years and I still die a little bit inside when I hear "Old Time Rock N Roll" or "Turn the Page".

OK, if the song really is about him, and he thinksthe song is about him, is that vanity? Oh, yeah, and Naturally is a dumb name for a horse.

Ciara "Oh" - It's playing on my radio station every other second, and it's driving me absolutely bonkers.

I thought she was being sarcastic, as in Mr. Noname is so superior and perfect in every way that the horse he bet on 'naturally' took the cup. The song is still annoying though, especially her fetishistic fixation on the color of his scarf. (The song is Carly Simon's "You're so Vain" BTW)

Yeah, I was trying to be funny about the horse name. The color of the scarf had to rhyme with "gavotte" so I guess Carly was hitting the dictionary pretty hard that night.
