Not surprising, but this still makes me a bit sad. He's had an amazing professional career as an athlete and I think his contributions to soccer in the US are going to be important in the long run. Also, the current and future pretty lads of soccer owe him quite a bit. Would C-Ron have his manbags without Beckham? Unlikely.
And still, he's a very pretty man who is aging very nicely. Don't disappear, Becks!

Not surprising but definitely a bit sad. He's done a lot for the sport, especially here. I wonder what he'll do next?
