I'll bet it was taken out of context-they were probably interviewing her about the film, and they pulled that quote out to make it look like she's dissing Ewan.
If not, I'll gladly tell her to bite me. Hell, Ewan could slobber all over my face like a Saint Bernard if he wanted to!

I shall give ScarJo the benefit of the doubt. I think she was talking about his character's approach to kissing her. Mostly because I can't accept the idea that the guy who kisses like this, couldn't handle her. Yes to both of those sentiments!

Saw Lost in Translation again this weekend and it reaffirmed my like for her. She's so...saucy.
I do hope she turns/has turned down Woody Allen's advances. Gross.

It's funnier that people automatically believe these sort of quotes even if there's no context and the source is unreliable.
I don't particularly like her but she is just stunning on screen. I saw In Good Company last week and couldn't take my eyes off her.

Hurrah! Now I can return to my mild dislike of her (as opposed to the seething hatred that would have come from dissing Ewan).

I like the 3rd Vanity Fair pic - very Monroe-esque. Most of her photographs have a rubber stamp quality - same expression, same type of shot.

Deadly boring as the movie was, I thought ScarJo did a great job in Girl With a Pearl Earring. The camera would just linger on her face... most actresses would wilt under that kind of attention, but she seemed to quietly flourish. Girl's got talent, she just needs to quit doing sheisty Michael Bay movies.
