How crazy this all is. I'm glad this info is coming out finally, even if four years have passed. It seems like it has to have been the mother, unless they were somehow accidentally ingesting the poison.

Brittany Murphy's father has sensationally claimed that the tragic ‘Clueless’ actress was poisoned to death by after offering her celebrity backing to a whistleblower fighting the government.

Angelo Bertolotti, 87, alleges that at the time of her death his daughter was under surveillance from shadowy government operators who wiretapped her phone and terrorized her after she spoke out in support of a Department of Homeland Security whistleblower.

Julia Davis, who claims to have once worked as a stunt double for Angelina Jolie, says Brittany was being persecuted for standing up for her.

My ex-stepmother worked on a movie with her at the beginning of her career. The only thing she said at the time was that the mother was very "off" and Brittany was very sweet. She hated having to interact with her mom. I'm going to have to call her and get details.

How reliable is this poison story? How did her father get hair to test? IF this is true, then someone needs to dig up Simon and test his hair as well. He didn't even have the drug intoxication ... just the pneumonia and anemia, I believe. It always seemed like a suspicious way for TWO young adults to die. And mom stayed alive and healthy? Hmm

The story is pretty shocking on a lot of levels, but one thing that I wonder about is, wasn't Brittany estranged from her father at some point? A lot of her obituaries mentioned that he had been involved in organized crime and Brittany and Sharon got away from him.  If Brittany's mom was behind the poisoning, you have to wonder how it feels knowing your behavior helped drive your daughter closer to the person who killed her.

Wow, I just looked at her IMDB bio and it must have been recently updated (by her dad or his people). It says stuff about the government conspiracy being behind her death, and that her dad is still looking into it, and it also states that her dad was a "made man" for the mafia. Interesting...
I think the mom should be thoroughly investigated for poisoning her and Simon, and he should be exhumed and tested for the same toxic metals. If he didn't poison her, the mom is the only other person who could have. She just went sooner since her body was already (IMHO) weakend from drugs and disordered eating.

Umm, just no. I suspect this is preceding some sort of media release; a book, documentary, or magazine article. Someone is just trying to capitalize on a dead celebrity.
