I grew up in Manhattan, KS and KS is the Rock Chalk state for College hoops. My family had season tickets to F-ball and B-ball my whole childhood. I didn't attend K-State but my family all did and 7 months ago we moved back to KS now live 3 blocks from the stadiums. Can I just give a little shout out to the Cats for defeating #1 TEXAS last night?!  *humming the Wabash Cannonball* |

Kansas is very, very good. So is Villanova. Tar Heels too young. Odd year for college baskeball.

KU often beats MU, so I have to do my gloating where I can, Divasahm. We're down by 5 against West Virginia at the half, so I may have to eat my words soon anyway. |

I am DAMN happy about Northern Iowa beating the Smughawks last week. They were pissed because someone actually called them on their incessant fouling.

I hate seeing Ashley Judd at Kentucky games. I have nothing against Kentucky or any of its fans besides Ashley Judd. But when I see her in the stands at the tournament games, I want to slap her.
