Princess Anne seems like a hard-working royal who means well but has crappy people skills. She inherited said people skills from her dad, alas.

Oddly enough, in these photos Autumn reminds me of Princess Anne and Zara Phillips.

This confused me:
Are they serious? Weren't they selling Princess Di and Prince Charles plates and glasses and every other damn thing?

Peter and Auttumn sold the rights to the wedding. Charles and Di didn't sell plates, that was private enterprise.

I thought you couldn't wear strapless in Windsor Church...?

I'm with the press on this one. The only thing royals really do in exchange for their luxurious lives & royal status is allow themselves to be photographed. If the royals are now going to go back on that agreement and start charging for photos, I think it's another nail in the coffin for royalty in the UK.

As a British taxpayer, I'd far rather they funded the wedding by selling the rights than expecting money from the Civil List to cover it. That way, those who are interested can buy Hello; the vast majority of us who couldn't care less about a very minor royal can continue to ignore it and won't have to pay for it. The government have privatised virtually every other state service; why not the royals? What does bother me is the knee-jerk blaming of the girl for this -- Princess Pushy is exactly what they called Di, Fergie, Sophie, etc. The fact that the Palace showed no interest in guiding a newbie through their horrendous notions of what's appropriate and what isn't -- and the seeming willingness of her new husband/family to let her take the blame -- is far more damning in my eyes than selling the photos to Hello.

They're an attractive couple--unusual for the royal family. Looks like Peter doesn't take after his mom looks-wise.
Dwanollah, if you look closely, Autumn is wearing a little lace jacket-thingie (we used to call them shrugs in my day. I guess that gets her by the strapless rule.
