When Roan was little, I remember hearing a lot of "a close source says..." stories about how Sharon was a crazy mother and how Roan would cry whenever she took care of him because he liked his nanny better.
If Roan has been removed due to neglect or abuse, that should go for the other boys too, shouldn't it? Neither has a father so I'm not sure who would get custody of them.
I get a total "Mommie Dearest" vibe from her, right down to the ridiculous over-the-top outfits she wears.

The judge thought Phil presented a more stable environment than Sharon. Sharon can retain 50% physical custody if she moves to SF or Phil moves to her. No hint in the official papers released that Sharon was neglectful or abusive, though those could have been in the psychologist's report. People[/color]

Well, we don't call her Crazy Sharon Stone for nothing. I imagine living with her would be nightmarish, especially for a child. She's nutty for sure. But she also has a mean streak.

I'm sorry, but taking physical custody away from the mother because she lives in a different county than the father is bullshit. I don't buy it.

I think it's more like Roan was put with Bronstein because he has a more stable living situation, whereas Sharon travels a lot, so if she moves to SF and stays there, she would have more visitation. I think it's likely that when she travels, she leaves them with nannies, but Bronstein is probably situated in SF permanently and can provide more continuous care. How's your karma now, Sharon?

I feel bad for the other 2 boys, that Phil can't step in and take them away. I mean something is off enough that she looses her oldest kid but she gets to keep the other two?

Remember that story about Sharon leaving Roan in the car while she had dinner at Nobu? Maybe that was just the tip of the iceberg. As for where she managed to get those blond, blue-eyed boys I thought there was speculation that they were Russian. With all the adoption formalities totally above board, I'm sure.

Russian, or just a private adoption. You can get very specific about what you want (blond to match mommy!) when you pay big bucks.
