How 'bout those Wilson boys? They seem like they'd be fun to hang out with, as long as Owen isn't coked up or boohooing over Hammerhead Hudson. I think Andrew is the hottest of them, even if he sometimes looks like he's been stranded on a desert island for a couple of months.

I also believe that a lot of the teenagers on these shows want to be famous (like when Brooke Hogan and Kelly Osbourne tried to become pop stars based on their reality show "fame")

Kelly Osborne did get good reviews for her run in "Chicago." And her brother also did well as the host of a sports adventure show. Certainly miles ahead of the likes of Tara Reid.

That said, most of these reality show offspring should stay anonymous.

True, but haven't the Osborne kids been famous since, like, 2003 or 2004? The "Chicago" reviews are the first time I've heard Kelly get a good review for anything. That's a long time to coast on being on your family's lame reality show!

I never thought that I would see the day when Billy Ray Cyrus would be the patriarch of a showbiz family. Yargh. I have watched Hannah Montana, and yes, its pure cheese, but I liked it. Well, except Billy Ray's hair. Condition that mess, man!

Plus a lot of these family members take jobs away from agents and it's beginning to crowd out newcomers. I imagine it's difficult enough, but now with whole families taking roles and pop stars getting acting roles, it's only going to get worse.

Just learned from tanyak that Miley Cyrus' half brother is in the band Metro Station. They share the same mother. I wonder if it's actually Mamma Cyrus pushing the famewhoredom in that family rather than Billy Ray. He might just be another one of her worker bees.
