Put the old thread to bed in the Dearly Departed section as it was getting rather large. Continue chatting here.

Yes indeed, Liz, being nagged at is a sign of acceptance. That's what women are for, after all: taking care of whiny kids while daddy does his own thing. Woo! Now hurry up and finish shopping, Lizzie, you have to get home and make dinner and clean the house and put the kid to bed while Anthony watches t.v. Hey, this arrangement works great for Dee and Mike, right?

And here I thought Anthony was the one getting a "special gift."
You totally nailed their future, ivy.

Oh, don't forget the whining. When you have Pattersons, you always have whining. Liz and Elly will probably get together daily to moan about their difficult lives and crack stupid puns. (Dee doesn't get to do this because she's not a Patterson, of course. In her house it's Michael who whines.)

Mike's kids are bratty and now they're establishing that Francie is the same. And all three of them are going to be in the wedding! I can't wait! I just hope there's a Sunday strip covering the event so I can see the bridesmaids in their teal and lavender dresses.

I can't wait to see how they're going to show Francoise's side by side with Robin. I'm sure he'll still be the drooling idiot who'll need to stop halfway up the aisle to take dump in his pants.

I guess that's one good thing about today's strip is that Crown Prince Poopie Pants doesn't have any stink lines, but all I could think about is that I bet that batch of sand has seen its share of stray cats using it. I think dirt would have made more sense or at least go to the effort of drawing a sand box, since I don't know why there's a patch of sand on their lawn.

At this point (and especially so, given her excuses), should any of the Sunday strips be filler?
And I guess Jim has descended into full-blown dementia - or that's what I took from today's.

I think he wishes the walls could talk, because [unlike Iris] they might talk rationally and interestingly to him.
