I loved the Tarzan book when I was a kid. My copy even had an ape-English dictionary in the back. I completely geeked out over that so I may actually see this for the plot.

US Weekly describes the relationship as "serious" but "not really feasible [for them] to become a more committed couple...":

New couple alert! True Blood fans may be disappointed to learn that vampire hunk Alexander Skarsgard is officially off the market. The sexy Swedish actor, 38, is dating British model and TV personality Alexa Chung, Us Weekly exclusively reveals.

"It is serious and has really heated up," a source tells Us of the new couple. Another source adds, "It's a fun relationship for both of them. She's just about as busy as he is and it's not really feasible [for them] to become a more committed couple, but the hang outs are great."

The pair were spotted on a romantic date in Brooklyn, N.Y.'s Prospect Park and Botanical Gardens on Friday, May 29. They got cozy together under a tree and took photos of one another around the grounds.

Chung, 31, shared a shot of herself taken by Skarsgard on her Instagram account, writing, "O rose, thou are sick!"

Skarsgard previously dated actress Kate Bosworth from 2009 to 2011, and Chung was in a four-year relationship with Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner until July 2011.

I find it funny that he was with Bosworth for 2 yrs and never held her hand publically. If anything I remember one time she reached for his hand and he didn't take it. Then Alexa comes along and he does. I guess he likes anorexic fashion it girls.

I try my hardest not to be judgmental about body-types, but I can't help but think it's creepy that the two women he's been confirmed as dating are both severely underweight even by Hollywood standards. I mean, this dude is from my country and he was my crush when he was on a reeeeeally terrible soap here way back in the day, I'm predisposed to sweep things under the rug where he's concerened. This just rubs me the wrong way, there's something very disturbing about a man who's physical type seems to be stage four cancer patient.


ETA: Actually, at least in those pictures she doesn't look nearly as bad as in some from earlier this year. I remember seeing a picture of her a little while back where she looked like she was knocking on death's door. Here she just looks very skinny.

Anyone remember the short-lived rumors about him and Ellen Page? I almost wish that had been true just because of the epic head explosions that happened over on ONTD.
