For the most part (and by modern standards), yes. As mentioned above, Nicole Kidman's character never really gets dirty. There's probably a 5-10 minute section where Skarsgard and ATJ are cleaned up, but otherwise everyone (but NK) spends the movie in varying levels of haven't showered in a few days to full on just rolled in mud and blood.

I don't know much about this woman because Skarsgard really does keep his relationships private, but I believe she's in her early- maybe even mid-40s. How refreshing that she's age appropriate!

I was starting to think Skarsgard might be a little Peter Pan-ish, and maybe even a little weird about relationships. But he's got a fellow Swede, non-famous, age-appropriate, non-actress. Well done, Skarsgard!
