Not a fan of her character either. But seriously, the thing I can't get over is why the brother is supposed to be some hot guy. To me anyway, he looks like a skinny, short twerp. Not some ladies man.

I'm not bothered so much by the gap in her teeth as much as I am with how she plays Sookie. Okay, I haven't read the books but is Sookie always so gosh-golly-gee-aww-shucks-look-at-my-grin-aren't-I-so-cute? Sookie's grinning is her mask. She grins out of nervousness and it's her default expression when she's uncomfortable or has heard thoughts she'd rather not have heard.

Oh, well that helps, Door. They certainly haven't made that clear in the series. Thanks for the explanation!

Oh, well that helps, Door. They certainly haven't made that clear in the series. Thanks for the explanation! Always glad to help! Her constant grinning is also one of the reasons why people think she's crazy and/or slow. I, too, wish they'd make it more clear in the show. Maybe we'll get a throwaway line about it or something. Oooh, know what else I heard? Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin are allegedly dating in real life! If true, then no wonder at the chemistry they have.

I'll stick around to see him...but then I may call it quits. I'm enjoying the Sookie/Bill scenes and that's it. The rest of it seriously turns my stomach. Its too much.

I found out that Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin truly are dating. Charlaine Harris confirmed it on her website.
Topic? I love this show and hate waiting for the next installment. I think Bill showed some of his more unsavory characteristics this episode and I look forward to seeing how much of the book story gets played out.

I actually thought this last episode was the best so far. Boyfriend disagreed, but it held my attention the longest. *Shrugs*
However, we watched it right after this week's 90210 and he remarked, "Why did 90210 go so much faster than this show?" Ha.
