I heard she had lip collagen to get that bee stung lip look. I do remember a comparison of her breasts somewhere on a blog called Skin Deep (I think). Her breast could've just gotten bigger with pregnancy or something, though. By the way, she was one of those women who was super hot pregnant, not all pimply and chunky like Britney Spears. She did a nude photoshoot for some magazine when she was pregnant (a la Demi) although it puts Demi to shame. You can find it in the archives at a blog called the Superficial.
