I think I read somewhere that he had a concert in Japan, and they basically put him on a stage with a Casio beat playing or something.

So I listened to Strange again this morning. Ah! Still laugh out loud funny, 24 hours later! I think I shall never tire of it.
You know what I wish on this poor schmo right now? I wish that he has some sort of deal on his computer that combs the internet constantly, looking for mentions of him. This morning, when he checks it, he will be excited: "People are talking about me!" Then he'll see all of this. He'll know that, in fact, we're talking about some crummy album he made a decade ago. Sigh.
I don't have any reason to hate him, but those songs? come on. He deserves a little more humiliation over those.

Did you listen to the one "When the Sun Goes Down" or whatever? So laughably bad.
Okay, I confess-when I first heard he had an album out, and then found out it was only available in Japan, I was crushed.
Oh, and I think I had a pinup or a centerfold of him wearing that jacket outfit, from one of those teenybopper albums. Or something similiar.

He looks so friggin' weird! Did anyone ever see The Crow sequel that he made (came out last year and went straight to DVD)? He thought he was going to get a franchise out of it. It also starred the lovely and talented Tara Reid. I need to get my hands on a copy of this masterpiece. Did these two used to date? |
