I can't understand why she let him impregnate her. Did he use the old "I'm going to save the world from super robots" line?
And I totally thought he was dead when I saw this thread on the front page. Sad, but I didn't feel any surprise.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw him on the page.
Good for him, I guess. I hope he's cleaned up and will be a good dad. The name, at least, doesn't suggest that he was hepped up when he signed the birth certificate.
