To be honest, I'm surprised that she's capable of conceiving, given how terrifyingly thin she is. That was exactly my thought. I wonder if the extra weight she gains from the pregnancy will make her prettier. That level of extreme thinness takes away from the pretty. |

I don't watch Gray's, so I primarily know her from that Punk'd episode, and all I remember is that she sounded like a low-class Massachusetts townie.

I recently read an interview with her where she outlined her diet. All I can say is that I hope she starts eating more than miso soup for breakfast followed by a day of grazing on steamed vegies.

umm...I kind of like her.  I don't really know that much about her, and I know she can be all kinds of annoying on Grey's Anatomy, but still. I just like her schmoopy little goofy face for some reason. She makes me smile. |

I'm betting that annoying lisp is fake to make her appear more young and cutesy, especially after we heard her real I'll-cut-a-bitch voice in that episode of Punk'd. I just laughed in real life. I completely forgot about that. That was one of the best Punk'd episodes ever. (Not that I've seen a lot, but still.) |

It's funny, I see her on TV every week, yet I know as much about her and think about her as often as I do, say, the Key Grip who worked on Revenge of the Nerds, Part II. I don't like her or hate her, it just never occurs to me to think about her.
So, Ellen, you're a hyper-dieter? Boo--get therapy. You're married and expecting? Best wishes.

I wonder if she still has her hardcore fan group over at Twop. They used to hate her husband (then boyfriend) because in their opinion he, just like Dempsey's wife, stood between Ellen and Patrick's love for each other. Yep, real life shipping. It was creepy as hell, especially when they started to act as if he had been in prison for murder and kept saying that Ellen should run because you'd never know what he'd do to her. Oh, and they also acted as if she was a little girl, referring to her as a "cute little thing" the entire time, as opposed to the ultimate Mean Girl Katherine Heigl. And all this despite the fact that this woman is nearing her 40s.
So all I associate with Ellen are her super creepy fans at Twop ;-)

Wow, so much hate for her here.
I like her. She's cute as Meredith and I think she is quite pretty (if not conventionally so). I wish her all the best for the pregnancy.

Does anyone else remember her as the super ice queen on the Law and Order episode based on the real life Canadian woman who raped and killed her sister? (wow a long sentence!) She was phenemenol. That episode nearly killed me. Anyway, I have no like nor dislike for her, she's totally off my radar.
