I like the name. Maybe she's named after this book. LOL at this. I was just talking to my mother and a Grey's Anatomy commercial came on, and she mentioned Ellen Pompeo having a baby, and I said, "Yeah, its name is Stella Luna, which - " (I was going to say, "sounds like a pretentious Italian cafe.") My mom, looking startled: "Is a bat." Bzuh? "Don't you remember that book I used to read you? That's the bat!" |

Us Weekly's watercooler poll is who will make the better mother, Ellen or Katherine Heigl. WTF? Is it just me or does that seem extraordinarily tacky, even for a tab?

I immediately thought of the book and couldn't figure out why in the world someone named their child after a baby fruit bat. Maybe they didn't know about the book.

I like the name Stella, but Stella Luna is basically 'Star Moon', and that's kinda weird.

Ellen Pompeo's real-life super thick accent cracks me up though. Sooo different than how Meredith Grey sounds.
