I think she's kind of funny in real life -- or she seemed to be when I've seen her on Letterman.
I just find the Meredith character annoying. But that's probably not her fault, since I find almost every character on that show kind of irritating.
I was struck and shocked by how thin she is (was?) when I saw her on Letterman once though. She was skinnier than Calista Flockhart, and that kind of thinness didn't look like anything found in nature. Maybe she's put on weight since then, but the thinness was kind of weird. Oddly though her face seemed to have weight on it so she didn't look as sickly as someone who had thighs as thin as her would normally look.
