So today the man that held 3hostages and had possible explosives strapped to his body at the DISCOVERY headquarters building in a DC suburb was mad at the cable network for its shows that feature MULTIPLE BABIES that overpopulate the earth! He was also upset with the Planet Green and stated that Al Gore was his inspiration!

The article mentions 2 shows from each Discovery branch and from TLC "American Chopper" and "Kate Plus Eight" were mentioned.

Why not mention "19 kids and counting"; they have 11 more kids than Kate does?

The man was shot and KILLED by police I just read! Isn't it terrible that all this came from a protest of the Discovery network?

Just waiting for them to make the leap that when they heard he was asian, they immediately thought Jon had went nuts.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the crazies understand a crazies manifesto and can take it and make it work for their "cause". Not surprised at all.

Okay, this is a painful admission. I'm floating in the middle of the ocean on a cruise ship & cut off from most tv/internet. I saw a 2min clip about the shooter at Discovery & my immediate reaction was that I was missing the GWoP meltdown! Sad, but true. Between this and missing the RHONJ reunion....my husband now sees that I am crazy.

Tonight I watched most of it...some interesting comments....kate wanted the girls to sleep in the same bed at the beach, & they didn't want to so she said, "Jamie & I sleep in the same bed whenever we travel together"...what an "eye-opening statement"!!

Lesbian alert! I predicted this would be the biggest scandal of the night (save for Kate's cleavage, I'm sure). I'm kind of hoping that Kate is self-aware enough to have put that out there for GWOP to chew on.

Kk said that both Kate and Jaime wore purple bands on their left hands? Is that like those "shag bands" that teenagers wear? I just looked them up on Urban Dictionary and Wikipedia and purple usually means "kiss" from what I can see. Is this a sign that they really are a couple?

I remember soon after viewing the first two "specials," everytime I watched even a couple minutes of J&K&8, I'd get physically ILL! I thought I was losing my mind; that queasy, butterflies feeling I'd get in my gut. It was sort of like the feeling I'd get as a child, when another kid told a "dirty" joke or announced the newest "bad" word they'd heard an older sibling say. I knew it was "WRONG" and it'd get me right in the gut. That's how watching Hate abuse her kids made me feel, over and over; it never stopped, I couldn't "get used to it."
So I quit watching altogether. But still, sometimes just knowing her show is on, when I'm watching tv, gives me the creeps and I start to get that nauseous feeling again.
The mind and the body have such a strong connection; Hate Greedslin will never INFECT any part of me ever again.

This is one of the more shocking things to me, that I have encountered with this woman. There was an Ohio winter, that I went without a COAT so that my daughter could have orthotic shoes. Not only would I take the broken lolly, I routinely eat the crusts off my kids' grilled cheese sandwiches and I nibble on the cores after I make them fruit salad. I've said this before but I cannot even begin to relate to this crazy self-centered woman.

I don't even understand the last one. Is she saying she can't afford enough fruit salad and a sandwich for both herself and her kids, so she gnaws on her kids' sandwiches and chews on apple cores?

Wow, that sounds like quite the long-term battle of good vs. evil .. she's still watching and vomiting after 6 YEARS? I can just imagine all the kids in school laughing at poor Judy when she would get sick over the new dirty word (someone probably whispered H E double hockey sticks). I bet she's permanently camped out in the bathroom after that stunning news of the purple bracelets.
